SHIPPING POLICY

Machina ships internationally.
In order to streamline the shipping process and minimize the overall turnaround time, we have set up a warehouse in China and a dedicated QC team working closely with our manufacturer.
All orders will be shipped via air transport directly from the factory after QC.

Imports, duties, and taxes are all the responsibility of the customer.
Refusal to pay duties will result in your order being cancelled minus the TOTAL shipping cost (inclusive of return) and any other applicable fees (for example credit card fees).
For customers in the EU and UK, please note that there is a minimum order value of $180.00 USD.
Unfortunately, Machina is currently unable to ship to Russia and Ukraine.
Please be aware that Machina does not provide shipping services to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.
Kindly ensure that you provide all the necessary details, including the apartment/suite/building number, and if required, the company name.

[QC Standard]
1. Product Appearance: There should be no scratches, bumps, or defects larger than 3mm on any of the six outer surfaces (top, bottom, left, right, front, and back) of the assembled kit.

2. Functionality: The keyboard should be fully functional without any usage issues.

[Defects that may occur but are within acceptable limits]

1. Non-impacting Use Defects: These include minor issues such as anode hanger hanging point, slight CNC cutting lines, and internal scratches that do not affect the functionality of the product.

2. Appearance defects in tool parts, such as a bruised screwdriver.

3. Products that have been assembled are not eligible for exchange or return.

ABOUT RAW KEYBOARD

- Raw Cloudnine has been clear anodised, which can prevent oxidation.

- Raw products are aluminium products that have not been surface-treated (no sandblasting or polishing), and may have CNC marks and small scratches.

- You cannot get a refund or exchange due to scratches except crack or dents
